PINZBOHR PRODUCTS

The Pinbohr Boring System is a range of Rough and Finish Boring Heads producing diameters from 8mm. up to 500 mm. plus all different couplings and accessories.

There are 3 basic Pinzbohr Boring Heads:

1. Micro Boring Heads (for small diameters) fitting indexable boring bars with carbide insert pockets.

2. Finish Boring Heads (fitting one carbide insert)

3. Rough Boring Heads (fitting two carbide insert) with a Synchronized Adjustament.

- All of these Heads are radially adjustable for boring different diameters. The first two models (Micro Boring Head and Finish Boring Head) feature a Micrometer Adjustment with 0.002 mm. increments. Rough Boring heads do feature simultaneous adjustment of the slide blocks (dual insert head design).

- Pinzbohr Couplings are available in several executions to suit the most popular machine spindles. You'll find BT, DIN 69871.1 (ISO 7388/1/3), ISO Standard DIN 2080, Morse, HSK, Weldon (DIN 1835) etc.

-As accessories Pinzbohr features reducers, extensions, coolant through extension, and adapters for large boring heads.

- As Modular System Pinzbohr features adapters to match Pinbohr Assembly System (Pinzbohr Couplings) with Standard Face Mill Adaptors, Side Lock Adaptors, Morse Adaptors and Boring Chuck Holders (DIN 238)-

- 45º Chamfering Heads to match with Pinzohr Couplings in different axial positions.

- Indexable Cartriges feature several insert pocket geometries. They fit from dia. 68 Boring Head up to dia.500 Boring Head. With cartridges you can change not only cutting geometry but Approach Angle as well.
